Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

The AFN eStore offers a 21-day exchange policy for online purchases of any product with a manufacturing flaw. In this instance, you may exchange the item with proof of purchase within 21 days of receiving your order by sending it back to Customer Service (Accent Group). Damaged merchandise will be replaced with the exact style or model of the item purchased. If the inventory is not available for replacement, the AFN eStore will provide you with in-store credit equal to the dollar amount of your purchase.

The following criteria must be met for an item to qualify for an exchange or credit note:

  • Order shipped back to the AFN eStore within 21 days;
  • The original receipt must be returned with the item for exchange;
  • The product is in its original state and is unworn;
  • The product is unused;
  • The product is in its original packaging;
  • Must be a Canadian order.


All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, the AFN eStore reserves the right to refuse an exchange.

Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for exchange.

Please note all merchandise that is discounted (on sale), discontinued merchandise, earrings, body jewelry, coffee mugs and sports bottles are final sale. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Customers are advised to return packages via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise. The AFN eStore is not responsible for missing packages.
